The Nokia 6 Android phone has reached China. Now the fans can buy the device by paying 1,699 Yuan (around $250). The e-commerce portal JD.com is selling the Nokia 6 in China. The global launch date, however, has yet to be announced.
Fans had speculated that Nokia 6 will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) which will take place in February. But the handset gave a surprise to all by becoming available this early in 2017, according to Android Headlines.
Nokia 6 Features
The Nokia 6 packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset. It is also equipped with a 1.4GHz Octa-core processor paired with an Adreno 505 GPU. The phone has 4GB RAM. Nokia 6 has arrived with 64GB of on-board storage memory which is expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card.
It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, topped with a curved 2.5D Gorilla glass. The device features a 16-megapixel main camera with a f/2.0 aperture lens, an 8-megapixel front camera, Phase Detection Autofocus and dual LED flash.
Nokia 6 Packs Useful Sensors
Nokia 6 runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. To power all these features, there is a non-removable 3,000mAh battery. Nokia 6 sports a metal unibody design. The 6000 series aluminum is used to create this phone. It has a fingerprint sensor and the physical home button is seen at the front.
The phone is equipped with a built-in with power amplifier chip. Dolby Atmos is powering its dual speaker system. Nokia 6 has a fast charging feature and also an Android Doze battery management. It has some awesome sensors like ambient light sensor, proximity sensor according to India Today.
Nokia E1 Is Coming Out
Meanwhile, the Nokia E1 is grabbing more attention than the Nokia 6. This phone is also expected to hit the market soon. The Nokia E1 will have to compete with its own sibling, the Nokia 6. The Nokia E1 packs a 5.3/5.3-inch screen with HD (1280x720p) resolution. Nokia E1 will be powered by 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 quad-core CPU. This processor will be paired with Adreno 308 GPU and 2GB RAM. There will be a 16GB internal storage. The Nokia E1 will run Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. It also features a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP front camera, according to the International Business Times.
