PS4 players of No Man?s Sky have a lot to be excited about this week as the game will get even better, thanks to an upcoming update. The update is scheduled to fix most of the issues that make the game a tad unplayable, and players should begin expecting smoother sailing in the galaxy pretty soon, thanks to this No Man?s Sky update.
A recent tweet by Hello Games teases an upcoming No Man?s Sky update. The tweet says, ?patch 1.06 fixes 90% of crash issues for PS4 is in testing and will release this week.? We can expect the patch to go live by Saturday as the most recent update for the PS4 was released at the end of the week. A release sooner than that is also possible since patch 1.06 is already in the testing phase.
In an interview with Videogamer, Hello Games noted that it won?t stop updating the game with patches until all crashes are fixed. It said “patch 1.04 fixes 75% of crash issues for PS4 was released Friday. Patch 1.05 fixes 87% of crash issues for PS4 was released Sunday.? The upcoming patch will make the total to 90%, meaning we?re a one or two patches away from a crash-free game.
If most of the game issues are finally fixed with the No Man?s Sky update, we could expect the upcoming updates to add more features to the game. One of the anticipated features is base-building, the release date of which is yet to be announced. Hopefully, fans are getting closer to the release date since the game is about to be crash-free.
There?s no word on the other issues plaguing the game including those that corrupt saves, but fans are expecting that it would get an immediate fix in patch 1.06 of No Man?s Sky.
