No Man?s Sky has amazed heaps of gamers with its vast open-world gameplay. Many have been eagerly waiting to jump aboard their starships, set foot in undiscovered planets, discover the different flora and flaura in each planet, and upgrade their equipment to its limits. The question that lingers on many gamer?s minds now is when will No Man?s Sky release on the PS4 and PC?

No Man?s Sky Release Date

Different media outlets have spread stories that No Man?s Sky developer Hello Games will take the stage tomorrow at Paris Games Week and announced the game?s release date. The developers might even make a stealth release by surprise everyone and making the game immediately available on October 27, 2015. This speculation has now been recently debunked by Hello Games co-founder Sean Murray, IGN reported.

To further put the nail in the coffin on stealth release rumors, according to Gamingbolt, Murray tweeted that he won?t be attending the event. ?I can?t be there, but I know Sony have an amazing show planned. If you are a gamer, tune in.?

While a stealth release now looks implausible, Sony might still present or announcement something about the game during Paris Games Week. Sony might still present a new trailer of the game during the event. Better yet, a window release for the month or year could be attached at the last part of the clip.

The game might even be announced to officially use the Oculus Rift and Sony PlayStation VR (formerly known as Morpheus). Rumors about the game using the PS VR and Oculus was hot a few months ago after Sean Murray expressed their interest in making gamers feel more immersed in the game through the use of VR.

?I don?t know what I?m allowed to say,? Murray told Edge Magazine per GamesRadar. ?It?s something we?re thinking about. Morepheus, Oculus? There?s nothing more cool and sci-fi than VR and a big procedural universe. I think that, for the people who want to just explore, and even for the space combat and things like that, it would be a good fit. Let?s put it that way.?
