Nintendo Direct Makes A Comeback: Live-stream Event Returns Nov. 12, Who Will Replace Iwata?

By on

Everyone?s favorite live-stream event from Nintendo is finally making a comeback.

If you are one of the Nintendo fans in the world, chances are you probably heard about Nintendo Direct. It is a special live stream event where Nintendo announces their latest news on their hardware and software products, this is also where they will announce their new games or providing updates to the recently announced games. And what makes Nintendo Direct really fun to watch is that the Nintendo executives are hands on in presenting their Nintendo news, and for this case the late Nintendo President Satoru Iwata who usually keeps the live-stream session lively and entertaining that gave it a very fun reception to the fans of Nintendo and even to other gamers who are into Nintendo games.

Due to the untimely death of Mr. Iwata last July, Nintendo Direct was put on hold for months. With former Nintendo of America and Pokemon USA President Tatsumi Kimishima now taking the lead as head of Nintendo, finally there was a ray of hope as Nintendo Direct will finally be returning since its last airing in April as it will resume this Thursday, November 12, 2015. For the Thursday show, it will be providing updates to the latest and upcoming Nintendo 3DS and Wii U games, most probably for upcoming releases like Xenoblade Chronicles X and Star Fox Zero for the Nintendo Wii U and Bravely Second, Final Fantasy Explorers and Monster Hunter X for the Nintendo 3DS. Unfortunately there will be no news for their upcoming Project NX console and about their mobile game line up.

You can catch the upcoming Nintendo Direct episode on November 12 at around 12:00 PM Pacific Time and 10:00 PM in the UK. Now the question here is, who will be hosting the show? If you have some hunch on who will be taking Mr. Iwata?s place as the new host, be sure to drop a comment to discuss more.
