Nick Jonas is not ashamed to admit that every once in awhile, he does experience hilariously embarrassing moments that he will never ever forget.
During his recent interview with Jimmy Fallon at The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Nick Jonas recalled a funny incident that involved two things: weed lollipop and NARB, which stands for No Apparent Reason Boner.
Nick, whose real name is Nicholas Jerry Jonas, began: ?I?ve never told this story, for good reason, probably. But I feel that we?ve become really close, over the last couple of years.? He then faced the audience and said, ?And all of us would become very close in a couple of minutes.?
The 23-year-old American singer, songwriter, and actor, then went on: ?So basically, I was celebrating my last single release. This was maybe about a year and a half ago, or two years ago. I decided to go out with friends and hang out. And one of my friend?s wife said, ?Hey I?ve got this weed lollipop. You might want to give it a try.? I was like, ?Yeah sure, why not?? I never do that. Never happens. But I did it.?
The artist behind the record Last Year Was Complicated said that he enjoyed the night. He went to bed feeling good. When he woke up the next day, Nick said that everything around him looked and felt as though it were in slow-motion.
So he panicked, because apparently, he had to be at the Young Hollywood Awards to present an award. Nick tried to go back to bed, hoping that the effect would wear off.
?I go back to bed, wake up a couple of hours later, get into the shower, and then [I hear] ?You?re life is over, you?re gonna die? voice in my head. It?s horrible.?
Even if he was feeling a little trippy that day, Nick went to the Young Hollywood Awards. While he was on the car, something hilarious and weird happened.
?I get in the car, trying to focus, getting into the right mind frame. And out of nowhere I get a NARB!? He then went on explain to the studio audience what a NARB is: ?NARB is Non-Apparent Reason Boner.?
?It was just there. I didn?t know what to do. So I?m standing in the red carpet, literally like this,? Nick said, standing up from his seat and putting his hands across his groin.
To prove that Nick was telling the truth, Jimmy Fallon then pulled out a photo of Nick Jonas at the event. What followed next was absolute hilarity.
