Neko Atsume Update: And the Story Goes Like This
The story involves a man named Sakumoto (Atsushi Itou) who’s undergoing severe writer’s block. This young novelist was critically acclaimed years ago because of his best-selling story. But that was the past and he needs new goods if he wants to make it back to the mainstream. In order to have some new inspiration, Sakumoto moves into a brand new home wherein he finds himself even more desperate to write.
Then the cat comes along and everything goes berserk. The movie will weave the story about the relationship among the author, his stray kittens, and his cute editor Michiru Towada played by Shiori Kutsuna per comicbook.com.
For those who are not familiar with Neko Atsume, go check the app. It’s so simple, all you need to do is collect over 50 in-game cats in various ways. It’s a free app endless with its gameplay. Gamers will need to continually work in order to attract more and more felines into their garden hangouts.
More Apps Getting into Hollywood
And, it looks like the app to big and small screens craze is still building up. Earlier this fall, CBS made the big announcement that they were making an adaptation of King’s Candy Crush and turning it into a game show! Glenn Geller, CBS Entertainment president, said “We are huge
fans of Candy Crush and, like so many others, we know the ‘rush’ of advancing to the next level of the game. We’re excited to work with Lionsgate and King to adapt one of the world’s most popular and entertaining game franchises for television and make it available to its massive, passionate fan base who can watch and play along at home.”
