NBA 2K17 has been slowly but steadily revealing this year?s new player ratings. There?s still a long way to go, but the picture is getting a little clearer day by day. Here?s most of the noteworthy NBA 2K17 player ratings revealed so far.

90 And Up

A rating of 90 and above is usually reserved for the NBA?s cr?me? dela cr?me. So far, only one active player — Indiana Pacers forward and 2K17 cover star Paul George ? has been given the honor. You can expect other no-brainer picks like Lebron James, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, and Stephen Curry to join this rank in the near future. ?The other 90+ rated stars revealed were legends Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

80 to 89

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the early NBA 2K17 player ratings reveals has been that of Karl Anthony-Towns. The reigning Rookie of the Year surprised fans with his 88 rating. This puts him above more established big men like Andre Drummond (87), Hassan Whiteside (85), Chris Bosh (86), and Rudy Gobert (81). Fellow sophomore sensation Kristaps Porzingis (80) also hit the mark this year.

As for guards, only three players with over 80 ratings have been revealed so far. They are CJ McCollum (83), Isaiah Thomas (85), and Michael Conley Jr. (85).

70 to 79

The glut of NBA Players usually fall within the 70 to 79 range, so we won?t be listing them all here. The most noteworthy name in this tier has got be no.1 overall pick Ben Simmons. The 76ers future cornerstone was given a 79 player rating, the highest ever for a rookie. LA Lakers point guard D?Angelo Russell also received the same number. This puts him above seasoned players like Brandon Jennings (75) and Goran Dragic (78). His backcourt partner Jordan Clarkson was given a 77.
