One day, 16-year old Takamiya Naho receives a letter from herself ? ten years into the future. As Naho reads the letter that warns her about events that will happen, it coincidentally starts on the day she meets a new transfer student- Naruse Kakeru.

2. Battery is a story about a baseball prodigy named Harada Takumi, who at a very young age was hailed the best pitcher in the region. When his family moves to another town, he loses faith in his talent. Until he meets a kid named Nagakura Ko. Ko has a strong desire to form a ?battery? with Takumi (pitcher and catcher combination).

Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu Set in the 1970s, an ex-convict becomes passionate about rakugo, a one-man-show style of Japanese comedic storytelling told using only a fan and a handkerchief as props. The actor portrays all the characters in the stories by changing his voice and mannerisms. This man seeks out Yakumo after watching his Rakugo performance called ?Shinigami?. Yakumo takes in the ex-con as an apprentice and calls him Yotaro. Yotaro becomes delighted, but after a while, things begin to progress in ways he never expected.

If you want to know what Japan was like during the Showa Era, learn all you need to know about rakugo and learn some traditional Japanese stories in the process, don?t miss this series. Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (Erased) This story is about a boy named Satoru Fujinuma who finds out that he possess an ability called ?Revival?, which allows him to go back in time, minutes before a life-threatening accident occurs, to prevent it from happening. However, when his mother was murdered, he was sent back in time once again. This time 18 years in the past, giving him a chance to make things right.?

Why should you watch this anime? The story is very intriguing and very dark in a way that you will be hooked right from the start. The characters? mysteriousness is complemented by the beautiful art and smooth animation.?

5.?Ajin: Demi Human What do you do if you discover that you are immortal? This is a story about Kei Nagai who discovers that he can never die. In this series, immortal beings are called Ajin, and the government is supposedly supporting them but instead they are being used as subjects for cruel experiments.

Why should you watch this anime? Ajin is a supernatural anime full of complex ideas about life and death, as well as the dark side of human nature.
