Summer is supposed to be much sweeter in New York with the opening of the Museum of Ice Cream. Too bad for those who were not able to book tickets right away as all the dates are now officially sold out.

On July 29 to August 31, a pop up ice cream exhibit will be held in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. The Museum of Ice Cream is said to feature the best ice cream flavors in New York City by popular ice cream makers such as Black Tap and OddFellows Ice Cream Co.

Aside from sampling ice creams, you can fulfill your childhood fantasy of swimming in a pool of rainbow sprinkles – complete with a diving board! You can also sample edible balloons, explore an immersive Chocolate Room, plus see ice cream inspired art and its history. (forbes)
