Mobile Suit Gundam Origin IV Cast Revealed, Debut Set For November 19

The cast for the fourth installment of ?Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin? was revealed shortly after announcing its debut on 19th of November 2016. In this episode, titled ?Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin IV Eve of Destiny?, Saori Hayami will be playing as Lalah Sune while Misato Fukuen plays Fraw Bow.

Other characters are as follows:

  • Jin Urayama as Degwin Sodo Zabi
  • Banjou Ginja as Gihren Zabi
  • Kenta Miyake as Dozle Zabi
  • Akeno Watanabe as Kycillia Zabi
  • Tetsuya Kakihara as Garma Zabi
  • Shigeo Kiyama as Ramba Ral
  • Kazuya Ichijou as Gaia
  • Kenichirou Matsuda as Ortega
  • Toshihide Tsuchiya as Mash
  • Hiroshi Naka as Johann Ibrahim Revil
  • Tohru Furuya as Amuro Ray
  • Koichi Sakaguchi as Tem Ray
  • Akio Ohtsuka as Narrator

Along with the cast and debut announcements, visuals for Char, Gaia, Mash and Ortega?s personal MS-05 Zaku I, and Ramba Ral?s MS-04 Bugu mobile suits were also revealed.

Battle of Loum

This episode will be the last of the current Char/Sayla arc where Char will meet Lalah Sune. It will also feature the legendary Dr. Minovsky (whose knowledge of Physics and the breakthroughs he achieved eventually led to the development of mobile suits). Amuro Ray, the first ever Gundam anime protagonist will also be in this episode. Along with these revelations, the episode is also going to cover the development of MX-04 and RX-78 mobile suits. The current arc will eventually culminate at the beginning of the Loum Arc that will detail the Battle of Loum.

As a recap for the show?s previous episodes, the first one was shown in Japan last February 2015. The second and third episodes were screened in 15 theaters for two weeks last October 2015 and May 2016, respectively.

As with previous episodes, this one will be screened in 15 theaters in Japan for two weeks, AnimeNewsNetwork reports. After which, the limited supply Collector?s Edition Blu-ray Disc will be offered. Standard edition DVDs and Blu-Ray Discs will be available in stores December 9th.
