Moana

Disney introduces another character that many viewers are sure to love. Her name is Moana. She seems to have a colourful personality. Moana is all set to let the viewers experience the splendour of the ocean like never before. Moana has a special relationship with the ocean and it looks like the ocean is helping her. Her unique bond with the ocean will be told soon.

This new offering from Disney follows the story of a young little girl as she explores beyond the reef surrounding her island home. Eventually, she will discover the need to save her people and sails out on a mission to do so.

She will not be alone in her mission. Moana meets Maui, the demigod who guides her through her journey. Maui will guide her until she becomes a master way finder.

Moana features the voice of Auli?i Cravalho. She will lend her voice to Moana herself. Maui, on other hand, will be voiced by Dwayne Johnson.

Moana to Feature the Ocean with Its Own Persona

The Ocean as an individual character may sound impossible. But it could happen in Moana. Executive animators of the highly anticipated film gave the ocean a remarkable persona of its own. It?s definitely an interesting thing that the youth and those young at heart can look forward to.

According to reports, the ocean will not only serve as a plain body of water. Instead, it is going to be a significant and friendly ally for the film?s main character.

Aside from Cravalho and Johnson, other actors who will lend their voices to the characters from the film are Jemaine Clement to Tamatoa, Rachel House to Gramma Tala, Temuera Morrison to Moana?s father, Chief Tui; Nicole Scherzinger to Moana?s mother, Sina; and Alan Tudyk to Heihei. Viewer may also fall in love with Moana?s pet. Her pet is a friendly pig with a puppy?s energy and brain.

Moana is directed by Ron Clements and John Musker. The two filmmakers are also known for their previous hit projects such as The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and The Princess & the Frog. The film will be produced by Osnat Shurer.

Moana is slated to hit US theatres on November 23, 2016.
