Microsoft Surface Phone is likely to be one of the best phones this year with the phone getting all brand-new features. Microsoft?s Corporate VP for Windows, Kevin Gallo, has revealed that Microsoft wants to include innovative features into Surface Phone just like what the brand is doing with the desktop world. So, Microsoft can easily beat the existing high-end devices, according to Nashville Chatterclass.
Microsoft Surface Phone 3 Variants
The upcoming Surface Phone will sport three variants. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has admitted that Microsoft is planning to narrow its focus to three customer segments where it can make unique contributions and differentiate through the combination of hardware and software. ?We?ll bring business customers the best management, security and productivity experiences they need; value phone buyers the communications services they want; and Windows fans the flagship devices they?ll love,? Nadella added.
According to News Independent, the basic version of Surface Phone will sport 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of storage space. The advanced version will carry 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. The pro variant will have 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage space.
These phones will have a 5.7-inch touchscreen display with 2K resolution, a 20-megapixel rear camera with a Carl Zeiss lens. The price range will be between $400 to $700. The Surface Phone will pack core Microsoft systems like Exchange Server, Office 365, Azure AD and Skype on Surface Phone. You must take all these information with a pinch of salt since Microsoft has not confirmed anything.
?We need more breakthrough experiences, breakthrough hardware to get people to move to Windows mobile OS. It?s gotta be a phone that?s sort of like, ?Wow?,? Microsoft?s CMO Chris Capossella said.
Ecumenical News has reported that Microsoft will be launching the phone before the end of 2016.
