Microsoft is gearing up for their big reveal event as they have started to invite the media.
With the rumors of their new Windows 10 devices spreading like wildfire, it is no surprise that Microsoft is still mum on revealing any info until their target October 6 event. The event will be held at New York and according to the Verge, the line up of the Windows 10 devices announcement will include Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL line of smartphones and the new Microsoft Band. No info on what other new Microsoft hardware they will also unveil.
Due to their disappointing event at IFA in Germany last month, it looks like Microsoft will be stepping up to keep everyone?s attention into their new Windows 10 software and supported hardware. So they will be focusing on their upcoming gadgets in keeping the Windows 10 hype flowing, the two Lumia smartphones from Nokia will be their main attraction for smartphones, rumors about the smartphones is that they will be the next flagship phones for Microsoft as the Lumia 950 XL sports a 5.7-inche screen while the Lumia 950 will have a 5.2-inch screen, both will have 20-megapixel camera with triple LED flash.
The Surface Pro 4 will have no design changes and will look similar to the Surface Pro 3 (we made a comparison on the specs against the recently announced iPad Pro) but now lighter and with an Intel Skylake processor to beef up the performance, this could convince some consumers to move to Windows devices. The Microsoft Band will join the rest of the tech brands in the Smartband wars, it allows to track your heart rate, steps, calories burned with the use of the Microsoft Health software and even productive tools like email previews and calendar alerts.
We still can?t wait on what other surprises Microsoft has to offer and hopefully, these are big reveals that will spice up the gadget wars
