Each day Michael Schumacher is remembered by his contemporary Formula One stars as well as other celebrities. Speaking about Schumacher, FORMULA One ace Niki Lauda has confessed that everyone is left with a hope, according to Express. He also confessed that he is not able to get any great information from Schumacher?s family.
“The family protects him and I understand that completely. But it means that all those who would like to know something, do not. I often think of him, but unfortunately, I have no contact. We all just hope, hope, hope,? Lauda said.
Recently, Schumacher’s manager, Sabine Kehm told that Schumacher wanted to disappear from the public life just before his tragic ski accident.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald. “Once in a long discussion Michael said to me, ‘You don’t need to call me for the next year, I’m disappearing,? Kehm said. ?I think it was his secret dream to be able to do that some day. That’s why now I still want to protect his wishes in that I don’t let anything get out,” he added. ?
German footballer Miroslav Klose had dedicated sports ethics award to Schumacher and also praised the Formula One star. At present, Schumacher is recovering from brain injuries in his home on the shores of Lake Geneva. Auto Week has reported that Schumacher is the owner of $700-$800 million worth property, but his treatment is too expensive. His family is spending approximately ?100,000 a week for medical expenses.
Schumacher?s Formula One dreams rested in peace due to the ski accident which happened when he was holidaying at the French Alps. He ?was airlifted to Grenoble hospital for neurosurgical intervention. Earlier it was reported that Schumacher is under continuous treatment by as many as 15 medical professionals. Schumacher has won seven world championships. ?
