These days many racing fans are constantly looking for any Michael Schumacher health update that they can find. This is because news has been very scarce about the condition of the former Formula One racing champion. The Schumacher family has requested for privacy as they endure the difficult road to Schumi?s recovery, which has kept fans in the dark. Thankfully, a former teammate of Schumacher has given the public a new update about the legend?s health.

Michael Schumacher continues to recover from the horrific skiing accident that caused him severe brain injuries. He is currently staying at his Geneva, Switzerland home away from the prying eyes of the media and of the public. Recently though, British racing star Johnny Herbert revealed some details as to what he knows about Schumi?s health condition.

There are Good Days and Bad Days

According to the Daily Star, Herbert said, ?All you?ll hear are there are good days and bad days.? Herbert was Schumacher?s teammate at Benetton in 1994 and in 1995 which is why he is very close with Michael.?

While the statement Herbert gave is a bit vague, it at least gives the public a glimpse of what the racing legend is going through. It has long been believed that the road to full recovery will not be an easy one for Schumacher.

The previous Michael Schumacher health update did reveal that the seven-time world champion was conscious although he could not speak or move yet. That in itself is already a testament to how strong Schumi is considering the gruesome skiing accident he experienced.

No Timeline Yet For Schumi’s Recovery

So far, there is no word yet on how long it will take before Schumacher will be able to speak or move. Surely, the Schumacher family and their team of specialists are taking the rehabilitation and recovery of Schumi step by step.

All fans can do at the moment is to include Michael Schumacher in their holiday prayers. Hopefully, 2017 will be the year that they can see Schumi back on his feet once more.
