Players will need to scan the area to obtain the glyphs that will be used in Mass Effect Andromeda Remnant Decryption mini-game.
Remnant Puzzle Is Actually Sudoku
The Mass Effect Andromeda Remnant Decryption puzzles will require players to input the glyphs into grids to make something happen in these advanced structures. The puzzle works like a Sudoku game, so the player will be asked to clear the puzzle once they’ve set each glyph in the empty grids without repeating a glyph in the same rows, columns, and block.
For starters, it’s advised that players start filling rows and columns with many glyphs first. Preemptively filled out columns, rows, and blocks will allow you to narrow down the probabilities of glyphs on other rows and columns. Sudoku puzzles often use deductive reasoning and sometimes, trial and error approaches to complete it.
Mass Effect Andromeda players will catch discussions of Remnant technology as they converse with important NPCs in the game. Apparently, the Remnant technology can make Andromeda planet’s environments more habitable. As a Pathfinder trying to settle people into Andromeda’s planets, Remnant technology will be central in some of the player’s missions. In the story, these advanced contraptions are from an older but more advanced civilization than the Andromeda natives.
