The handsome Mason Noise was eliminated from X Factor for a second time after receiving the fewest number of public votes. The controversial star, who received praise from Nick Jonas for his cover of Jealous, was told that he had been booted off with Caroline Flack saying she was “absolutely gutted” to be saying goodbye to him. This was according to an article from OK Magazine.
Co-host Olly Murs gave Mason the bad news claiming that he was not going to announce who was leaving after messing up the previous week.
The Midlands-born hopeful found himself in the bottom three alongside Anton Stephens and 4th Impact. He said: ?Thank you to everyone who voted and thank you to everyone who didn?t vote as well. ?I?m going to go do my thing now.?
Tweeting the following morning, he wrote: ?RELIEVED?
Mason had previously argued with judge Simon about how much air time he was given for his original audition on the show. Before throwing his microphone to the floor and storming off, the singer said, ?The first audition I watched on Saturday, people had 10 minute slots. And I went to 47 seconds,?
He previously criticized judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini in 2013, when he tweeted: ?How is Cheryl in the music business, let alone a judge…??
Mason Noise blamed his shock about the very popular?X Factor?exit on being ‘drugged up’ throughout his final performance.
Speaking to Daily Star, the singer said: “I?ve had really bad flu and swollen glands. I?ve had to go on voice rest. We?ve had to see how it goes. You just drug up and do what you can. All the way through I knew I had to just suck it up and perform.
“The doctors advised loads of painkillers and Ibuprofen and lots of sleep.?
Mason?s mentor Nick Grimshaw was of the opinion that Mason was a joy to work with; despite it being a bumpy ride in the beginning and described him as a “visionary”. He also added that Noise had great ideas and Nick wasn?t worried about his future.
