Mario Kart 8 for Wii U to hit Europe on May 30 ; More games on June 13, Nintendo Announces

Mario Kart 8 Premium Pack-Special Edition’ Wii U Hardware Bundle will be released in Europe on May 30, reports said.

Nintendo had announced the coming of Mario Kart 8 Premium Pack – Special Edition Wii U hardware bundle, which will feature 16 remixed classic courses and 16 brand new courses.

Nintendo said, ?The release of the Mario Kart 8 Premium Pack ? Special Edition represents an ideal offering for first-time Wii U owners, with a black Wii U Premium console with 32 GB* of storage packaged alongside a black Wii U GamePad controller, Sensor Bar, and the all-important Mario Kart 8 game disc. With Mario Kart 8 set to feature 16 remixed classic courses, as well as 16 courses that are brand new to the series, both newcomers and veteran drivers alike will face fresh karting challenges, with the added twist of a new antigravity feature allowing Mario and company to race upside down or up vertical surfaces.?

Moreover, all seven pesky bunch of Bowser?s minions will be playable for the first time in Mario Kart. Aside from this, experienced drivers such as Princess Peach and Yoshi will be featured in all games in the series, with the new Wii Remote Plus Peach and Wii Remote Plus Yoshi controllers which will be released on May 30, the same day as Mario Kart 8.

The pink with flashes of blue and yellow Wii Remote Plus Peach, will feature a white crown regal touch on the front of the controller, while the Wii Remote Plus Yoshi controller comes in a green and white shell, with an iconic Yoshi egg in front.

Mario Kart 8 Limited Edition software bundle which comes with a Spiny Shell Collector?s Item, will be available for pre-order while stocks last.

The latest update from Nintendo is the addition of thrilling Wii titles to its series of Nintendo Selects games on 13th June, like the New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mario Party 9, and Wii Party.
