Yep, you read that right. You can use skateboards even up on a hill or around the city. Only if you’re using an electricity-powered one, like the Skatebolt Breeze II

Regular skateboards are cool and can move you from end to end, given that you have enough stamina and energy. But can it work on inclined or steep roads? With advanced technology, skateboards can still match your scooter and even your 2-wheeled vehicles. These electric skateboards can also provide us with a faster means to move around your local neighborhood.

Skatebolt Breeze II is an electric skateboard with an advanced, powerful, and fast swappable motor. It can automatically turn on just by sliding and is controlled by a throttle remote control.

What makes Breeze II different?

Breeze II has 4-speed modes that can travel 15 miles, climb up to a 30% hill and reach up to 28 miles per hour. It’s made of all the things that you usually find in e-bikes or even a motorcycle

Swappable Motor

Most electric skateboard users know that a belt motor can provide more torque which can generate higher acceleration. However, the belt motor needs frequent maintenance and makes loud noise during cruising, while the hub motors are quieter and more energy-efficient. Those motors on Breeze II are swappable and are used over the belt motor. When the outside layer wears out, you can easily replace it without changing the entire engine, which is much more expensive.

High-Quality Battery

This skateboard uses a Samsung battery that has 1000 cycles of battery life. Meaning you can use up the battery 1000 times but still has the most capacity of your battery. In addition, the Samsung battery can bear extreme weather and can still function from -4°F to 140°F.

Glass Fiber and Bamboo Deck

The deck of the Skatebolt Breeze II is out of bamboo and two layers of glass fiber. The combination makes a balance between flexibility and strength.

Waterproof IP67

The Breeze II is waterproof, unlike Breeze I. It has been rated IP67, a rating that guarantees it is 100% protected against solid objects like dust and sand. It has been tested to work for at least 30 minutes while under 15cm to 1m of water, and it will not have a problem with its motor.

Customized Braking

Since people have different braking habits, single-level braking can cause a bad experience and even injury. So it’s interesting to see that Breeze II has four brake settings, from soft to strong; you can adjust the setting directly on the remote control during your ride. It also has a built-in tail light that will flash when you are braking to give safety at night. Braking downhill can automatically charge your board.
In this fast-paced world that we’re living in and traffic jams getting worse, it’s great to have options to solve traffic conditions, especially in the city. It is always good to have an alternative transport in the form of Skatebolt Breeze II so you can arrive safely at your destination and reducing your time on the road.
