Madden 17 Updates: Broncos’ Ratings Out as Game Gears Up for August Release

The latest NFL game from EA Sports, the Madden 17, is expected to hit stores August 23 and as the release date nears, new ranking details about the football players in the game have emerged. The latest rankings released by EA Sports include that of Free Safeties, Strong Safeties, Cornerbacks, Middle Linebackers and Outside Linebackers.

Madden 17 essentially pays tribute to the Super Bowl 50 champions, the Denver Broncos, with several of Broncos? players rated at the top of their respective fields. The 2016 Super Bowl MVP Von Miller makes it to the top of the club in Madden with overall 99 ratings. Miller, as the top-rated outside linebacker, also boasts of the following–an 87 speed rating, 89 acceleration rating, 92 power move rating, 98 finesse move rating and 95 in block-shedding rating.

According to the, other Denver players whose rankings were revealed include Cornerback Chris Harris Jr. and inside linebacker Brandon Marshall. Both are among the top five in their positions. The 27-year-old Harris is the second highest rated cornerback with 93 overall including 89 in speed, 87 in acceleration, 96 agility, 94 man coverage and 93 zone coverage.

Marshall, who ranks as the second-best middle linebacker in Madden, clocked a 90 overall rating with an 85 in speed, 87 acceleration, 91 pursuit, 91 in play recognition and 81 in zone coverage.

In addition, T.J Ward was ranked as Madden?s No. 4 in Strong Safety, with ?88 in speed, 91 acceleration, 82 agility and 82 zone coverage.
