Uh-oh. Is Little Mix in Jail? It seems as if our favourite girl group found themselves in a pickle!
Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock of Little Mix confessed that they prank called James Corden during an interview with the Australian radio station, 2Day FM, last Tuesday. Unfortunately, the late night show host didn?t exactly find the joke humorous.
Jesy recounted how James threatened to call the police if they didn?t quit ringing him up; surprisingly, he didn?t recognize who was on the other end of the phone call.
Little Mix as Notorious Scam Artists
Giggling, the pranksters admitted to doing an impression of the notorious scam artist, George Agdgdgwngo from the British comedy program broadcast, Fonejacker as a gag. The duo teasingly accused James of being ?a wimp? when he made it clear that he was less than impressed by their antics.
?Bloody hell, James! Calm it down,? Jesy mocked playfully, focusing on the light side of the situation.
In the end, they kept their identity a secret and James never knew who did the prank ? until now, that is. Good thing the good-natured talk show host did not send them to jail!
Not the first time?
When asked by Rove McManus whether that was the only time they pulled a stunt like that to a celebrity, the girls shared how Jade Thirlwall drunkenly tried to prank-call Taylor Swift. Jesy said that she was relieved that Tay tay never picked up, since they were sure that she?d kick them out of her squad.
Who knew that this saccharine group of angelic-voiced singers had it in them?
