LG is ready to introduce its new mid-range members of the K-series with the LG K5 and K8. The budget-friendly smartphone will soon be released in key markets this week that should make a good impression.
The K Series was unveiled during the exciting CES 2016 proudly showing off its excellent features at a budget. The LG K8 is set to be launched in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, CIS and Latin America while the LG K5 will be releasing in Europe, CIS, and Latin America (known as Q6 in Mexico), fewer than its counterpart, according to GSMArena.
The soon-to-be-released LG K5 will sport a ?metallic look? that has a 5-inch screen with 480 x 854px resolution. It will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. LG K5 will also have a 1GB and 8GB built-in storage for all your daily needs. As for connectivity, it has 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1, GSMArena reported. If you want to take photos with the device, the 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera are great in snapping memories.
As for the higher end model, LG K8, it will also sport a ?metallic look? that has a 5-inch but a 720p display. It will reportedly run on a newer Android but will still have the same 1.3GHz processor with 1.5GB RAM (Europe and North America) and 1GB RAM (South America), according to Gadgets NDTV. As for taking photographs, it has an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera for daily use. LG K8 will also be having a 2125 mAh removable battery.
