It is the ?Night of the Hawk? on Legends of Tomorrow. This 8th episode is helmed by Joe Dante. Of course, Waverider brings the team to different timelines, from the very distant past and as far as 2046. This time, the team will travel back to the 1950s.
Comicbook says that the official stills of Legends of Tomorrow?s episode 8 has already been released by The CW. The full description is stated below:
?The team tracks Savage (guest star Casper Crump) to a small town in Oregon during the 1950s. Upon arrival, they discover there have been a recent string of murders and they suspect Savage is involved. Professor Stein (Victor Garber) and Sara (Caity Lotz) go undercover at a psychiatric hospital, where Savage is working as a doctor, to find out his plan. While there, Sara meets a nurse named Lindsay (guest star Ali Liebert) and sparks fly. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) and Kendra (Ciara Ren?e) pretend to be a married couple to gain the neighborhood?s trust, but an interracial couple in the ?50s isn?t something that goes unnoticed. Soon, Savage is at their door.?
Since ?Night of the Hawk? will be directed by Joe Dante, then what else can you expect from Legends of Tomorrow episode 8? Nothing but pure perfection. Den of Geek says that Dante is an awesome director. His notable works like Gremlins, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Innerspace, and The Howling are perfectly great. Based on the report, this episode would look more like ?a Joe Dante Hawkman movie.?
