Jurassic World 2 Plot: Sequel Hints Of ?Intimate? Scenes With Dinosaurs? Hybrid Creatures To Be Featured?

By on

We saw a hybrid dinosaur in Jurassic World. Will we see a human?s DNA mixed with a dinosaur in Jurassic World 2? Probably not.

The Jurassic World 2 plot has recently been teased and we may see a more emotional story between the humans and the dinosaurs. Jurassic World director and scriptwriter for the sequel, Colin Trevorrow, has recently said?that the dinosaur-filled sequel will deal about the relationship of people with animals: ??It?s about using this as a starting point for a much larger story about our relationship with these animals, and with animals in general, and the dynamic created by bringing them back to life,? Trevorrow said as reported by EW.

Trevorrow said that while Jurassic World 2 is aiming to be a bigger and better film than its predecessor, it doesn?t mean that we?re just going to see more action and ?bigger and better dinosaurs? as the focus will now be about relationships. He also said that his film?s success with audiences has enabled them to create a different approach for the sequel:

?Dinosaurs and man, separated by 65 million years of evolution, have been thrown back into the mix together. How can we know what to expect?… I don?t necessarily mean [bigger] in scale. I feel very strongly that it?s not about more dinosaurs or bigger and better dinosaurs.?

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard have been recently confirmed to reprise their roles for the yet to be titled Jurassic sequel. According to Screen Rant, Trevorrow has teased how the two characters will return despite the film not being set in a theme park:

?The two of them opened Pandora?s Box in Jurassic World and each of them are responsible for different elements of it in different ways, and I think the way that these characters are connected to the circumstances of what?s happening it?s different than the previous films. It?s not ?let?s manufacture a way to get them somewhere,? they?re embedded into it now in a way that as story tellers makes it easier for us to keep them involved and doesn?t feel as contrived.”

The Jurassic World sequel will be released on June 22, 2018.
