?Jessica Jones? TV Series Plot Update: Plot, Sex Scenes Hint Of Relationship With Luke Cage?

By on

Not only cuddling and dates were revealed by Jessica Jones star Krysten Ritter, she said her character would be involved in numerous sex scenes with Luke Cage. ?At the end of the day, I also knew Mike had my back,? Ritter said as reported by Comicbook. ?Whether we were doing stunts together, or love-making scenes, which I?m not very comfortable with.??With probably explicit scenes like these shown in the TV show by Marvel, it seems that we can expect Jessica Jones to showcase numerous adult oriented themes from the comics.

Jessica Jones Plot

An official Jessica Jones plot synopsis has yet to be revealed, however, an Amazon listing for the companion book revealed what we can expect for the TV show, WeGotThisCovered reported. It seems that we can expect the same traumatized superhero just like in the comics. Here is the plot synopsis as posted on IMDB:

?Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic private detective in Hell?s Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need? especially if they?re willing to cut her a check.?

In the comics, Jessica Jones was first known as a superhero named Jewel until she was tormented by a villain named Purple Man via his mind control powers, Moviepilot reported. Jewel was said to have been tortured physically, was forced to assist in crimes, and was even made to try to kill Daredevil, the report said. This ultimately led Jones to retire as a superhero and instead open a detective agency and this seems to be the plot focus of the Marvel TV show.

David Tennant has already been confirmed to play the role of the Purple man and it seems that the show will still show glimpses on how he tortured Jones. This is what Ritter said when asked if the TV series would show the events of her dark past. ?It?s twisted around and expanded on and developed.?

Jessica Jones will release at an unannounced release date this year on Netflix.
