Beefs are part of hip-hop culture, and it looks like rappers Wale, Jay Rock, and Kendrick Lamar are continuing this unhappy tradition.

According to rapper Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, better known by his stage name Wale, Kendrick Lamar has been hard to get in touch with since earning multiple Grammy nominations. Wale says Kendrick Lamar hasn?t been answering his calls regarding the potential tour with the TDE. Wale even alleges that he?s getting the ?Demi Lovato? treatment from him.

Wale even picked on the critical reception Kenrick Lamar received for his album ?To Pimp A Butterfly,? which was nominated for Best Rap Album of the Year.

Rather than get a response from Lamar himself, rapper Jay Rock was quick to respond to Wale?s comments on Twitter, saying that he sees why Wale is not MMG. This is in reference to rapper Meek Mill?s assertions this year that ?Wale is not a member of Rick Ross? MMG, the label to which Meek Mill and Wale are signed.?

Kendrick Lamar leads the Grammy Awards this year with 11 nominations including Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Song Collaboration, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Album. The Grammys is set to air on February 15, 2016.
