It appears that Apple may be saving the major design change next year as the iPhone 8 may have something exciting for iPhone fans. According to BGR, the iPhone 8 is rumored to feature a beautiful curved display which is a first for Apple?s smartphone.
Many flagship smartphones are already using the curved displays, particularly Samsung?s Galaxy S7 Edge and the Galaxy Note 7. Apple fans have been asking for a curved display and many were disappointed when the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus did not feature it.
Thankfully, the move by Apple to start using OLED displays starting next year could mean that future iPhones starting with the iPhone 8 could have curved displays. This is a major step from Apple which has not really added a big design change over the past couple of years.
