The iPhone 7 Release has been much awaited by countless iPhone fans all over the world. The upcoming smartphone has been teased in several leaks the past few weeks. However, so far, no release date has been revealed. Many have said that it is possible the smartphone will launch sometime in September. It appears that it could be released late though pre-orders could already start by next month.
A lot of people have been waiting for the iPhone 7 to release since there have been no major Apple smartphone so far this year. The Cupertino-based tech giant released the iPhone SE last March, but it is certainly not the flagship smartphone fans hoped for. The iPhone 7 was initially expected to launch in September, but recent news reveal that it will arrive much later.
According to a tweet from well-known leaker Evan Blass, aka @evleaks on Twitter, the pre-orders for the iPhone 7 is confirmed to be happening on September 9. This is certainly going to be a day which Apple fans will be marking on their calendar. Although while the date of the pre-orders has been finalized, there could still be a possibility that the actual orders will not ship within the month of September.
Normally pre-orders would be two to three weeks before the date of the actual launch. If that is the case, the retail release for the iPhone 7 may happen on the third or fourth week of September. That is still barring any unexpected delays on the distribution front. A more realistic release date may be sometime in October which will certainly disappoint many iPhone fanatics.
Still, the wait for the iPhone 7 will likely be well worth it. The upcoming smartphone is rumored to have a more powerful processor, an improved camera and will also be water and dust resistant. iPhone fans will definitely go head over heels over the device once it finally launches.
