Apple released iOS 9.3.3 on July 18. On that time it was believed that it is the final version of the iOS 9.3 as the company is already working on iOS 10. Then why iOS 9.3.4?
It is reported that apple has released the new upgrade just to fix the flaw that let Pangu team to bypass iOS 9.3.3. According to Forbes, Apple has credited Pangu team for this update as they let the company recognize the flaw in iOS 9.3.3. Pangu team used the same crack to make its Jailbreak tool. Apple has mentioned Pangu in its official security note.
It means once the users upgrade to iOS 9.3.4 they will no longer be able to use jailbreak tool. The iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak tool user are strongly recommended to stay where they are. Although Apple is signing iOS 9.3.3, they could stop signing it in upcoming future. If it happens the users will not be able to downgrade to iOS 9.3.3. For those who want jailbreak tool, should wait for iOS 10 jailbreak before upgrading to newer version of iOS.
For those who are not using jailbreak, are advised to upgrade to iOS 9.3.4.
