NetherRealm Studios is slowly revealing more and more of the upcoming Injustice sequel and aside from character reveals, the developer also showcases the move-list of individual characters. There’ll be another character showcase tomorrow that players should tune into. Here are all of the details on the Injustice 2 Watchtower livestream.
Injustice 2 Watchtower Livestream Details
NetheRealm Studios announced on Twitter that there will be an Injustice 2 Watchtower livestream on March 3. No exact time has been set yet, so players will have to keep an eye out for it. Like past livestreams, it will be available to watch on Twitch.
Catwoman On The Spotlight
The main focus of the upcoming Watchtower livestream is none other than Selina Kyle, more commonly known as Catwoman. She’s one of the returning characters from the first Injustice, so those who’ve played the first game won’t have a tough time adjusting to what NetherRealm Studios gives her in the sequel. However, players should still be ready as there might be a few new moves or mechanics for Catwoman in Injustice 2.
In the previous game, Catwoman relied on her speed and agility in battle. She can also use quite a few helpful gadgets like her trademark whip. We can expect her speed and agility to be her strengths once again in Injustice 2. All that’s left now is to wait for the other new abilities and tweaks that the developer has given her. There’s possibly quite a few new moves to look out for in Injustice 2 and the trailer will probably reveal most of it.
Catwoman is at her best when in mid-range. She can quickly get up close to an enemy to deal damage. At long range, she can use her whip to deal minor damage. She can also pounce on enemies when they least expect it. Players might feel a few similarities to the style of Batman, but with less gadgets and long-ranged attacks.
Injustice 2 will release on May 16, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The sequel will introduce a lot of new features including a new Gear System, new characters, improved graphics and so many more. Fans of the original game will definitely have a fun time in the sequel when it launches next month.
