HTC recently became the center of attention these past few days after rumors suggested about two upcoming Nexus smartphones we could be seeing from the tech company. But apparently, new details have indicated that Huawei could also be working on another set of Nexus smartphones.
Whether or not the two tech companies will be teaming up or competing is still unclear but there are rumors that both will be working on a new set of Nexus smartphones. A pair of Huawei device is reported to come out along with the HTC devices that will have Nexus model features.
Photos of the supposed Huawei Nexus devices previously came out that had codes H1621 and H1622. ZDNet mentioned that the Nexus 6P had codes of H1511 and H1512, this could indicate some kind of connection with the upcoming Nexus devices.
The tech company had an amazing run last year when it released the Google Nexus 6P but it was unexpected for Huawei to discontinue the upcoming Nexus lineup.
On the other hand, HTC is set to build two devices for Google supposedly labelled as the new Nexus models. Venture Beat reporter Evan Blass previously tweeted that the tech company will be making ?a pair of Android N devices for Google internally dubbed M1 and S1.?

The two handsets, also codenamed ?Marlin? and ?Sailfish? will come in different sizes. The Nexus Marlin will supposedly be categorized as a high-end device opposite of the Sailfish. The device is reported to be powered by a Qualcomm ARMv8 processor, a quead-core CPI and an Adreno 530 GPU. Other rumors have also indicated that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset and will also feature the Adreno 530 GPU.
