HTC One (M8) will be discounted to $99 contract for one day only

By on

HTC has some good news for our US friends, as HTC has just announced that starting tomorrow, May 8, it will be selling the HTC One (M8) for Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon for only a $99 contract. The sale jump starts at 12:01 am CT and will end at 11:59 pm CT. The offer is available for all new and upgrading customers, but as you may have expected, it will be on a 2 year contract requirement.

The HTC one (M8) was released last March and is only a little over a month old. The idea of being able to get this new and powerful smartphone for only $99 is a sweet deal; it?s also quite possibly, one of the best smartphones out there in the market today. For HTC fans that like the magenta colored phone, or for those who enjoy tinkering with their devices, we have some bad news as it seems like the T-Mobile, unlocked and Developer Edition version of the HTC One (M8), doesn?t appear to be eligible for this sale.

For those who are in the market though for a new phone, this could be one of the best deals you can grab, especially if you make use of tomorrow?s sale. The HTC One (M8) is LTE ready and comes with Android KitKat (4.4.2) and a quad core 2.3 GHz processor. Screen size is at 5 inches with 441 ppi and 1080 x 1090 pixels. The internal build in storage is at 16 or 32GB with a microSD slot and has 2GB of RAM. Specifications wise, this phone is a beast and is an improvement to last year?s already great model.

There are also a lot of very positive reviews for the phone as it took what was already a really good and high end phone, bumped up almost every aspect of it, and threw in the microSD slot. The look and feel are very premium, together with high end components.

If you haven?t made up your mind yet, be sure to make up your mind by tomorrow, so that you don?t end up regretting having missed the sale.
