Apparently, HTC is planning to launch two smartphones at MWC 2016, and rumors suggest that it would be HTC One M10 and HTC A16. A tipster on Twitter leaked the images of HTC A16 without any other information other than the launch of the handset was shared.
A prolific phone tipster known as Evan Blass had once again leaked the images of HTC A16 on Twitter. He posted the image with a caption as ?Tomorrow?s news, yesterday: HTC A16?. Clearly, this is the flagship smartphone in the A series -the Taiwanese company intends to launch.
While HTC has been tipped in the past not be launching its flagship at MWC 2016, it may launch the A16 smartphone instead.
The image is not similar to the recently unveiled HTC One A9, as the company earlier said that A9 smartphone would be the design inspiration for upcoming in the Desire series and the One handsets.
The image shows that the home button, which was seen on the One A9 is missing but a big camera sensor is placed on the left side of the back panel. It appears that HTC didn?t fail to include the BoomSound stereo speakers although the name of the speakers is not known. Previous A-series smartphone had ?One? moniker and going by that it is expected that HTC One A16 would have the same, according to NDTV.
Alongside, Blass separately shared the image of the HTC One M10 which is in White colour. The previous leak showed the device in black color. This could mean that the company unveiling the smartphone in two color variant ?Black and White models. The HTC One M10, codenamed as Perfume, seems to have a similar design of HTC One A9, which was launched last year.
Similar to the One A9, the One M10 has a home button below the display and the fingerprint scanner is expected to be placed underneath the home button. Corroborating to an earlier leak, the One M10 doesn?t feature BoomSound?s dual front speakers.
