Many fans had speculated that the name of HTC?s upcoming phone has some link to the brand?s latest invitation. On the invitation for the upcoming launch event, HTC had mentioned the letter ?U?.
As per the leaks, HTC Ocean will carry a 6-inch display and no headphone jack. By ditching the headphone jack, it makes the phone more flexible. HTC will also improve the screen proficiency and audio performance of its upcoming smartphone. The HTC Ocean will give a tough competition to Google?s Pixel handsets, according to International Business Times.
The HTC Ocean will have an 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. There will be a 3700mAh battery which can boost the overall performance of the device. The price is likely to be $691. It will pack a dual-camera with a 12-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. ?The device will be powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 CPU, along with Adreno 540 GPU for graphic performance. Previously, HTC Ocean was called the HTC 11.
Is HTC X10 Coming along with HTC Ocean?
The HTC X10 is also getting ready to hit the handset market. The device is expected to arrive in the first half of 2017. But HTC has not confirmed whether or not it will launch the device alongside the HTC Ocean. The leaked images of the HTC X10 are making noise on the internet. Looking at the images, fans are saying that HTC has given a final touch to the device.
As per the leaks, the HTC X10 will feature a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080?1920) display. The device will be powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor (Cortex-A53 cores) paired with ?3GB of RAM. It will also feature a Mali-T860 GPU clocked at 700MHz. It will carry a 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS. HTC X10 will run Android 7.0 Nougat. The device, though, will not have a fingerprint scanner.
