How to farm gold on Diablo 3 RoS

By on

When the Diablo 3 RoS Auction House was still up, gold was ?relatively easier to acquire since people sometimes preferred to trade in gold instead of hard cash. But back then, gold didn?t have that much of function aside from buying items at the Auction House.

Now, gold is ever more important for your gear. The little cartel that Myriam and Shen have going on is an enterprise of pure genius. You can?t enchant or get the most of your gear without one or the other. What?s more, the more you enchant or combine gems, the higher the price is. This means that players are never going to keep their gold stashes for long especially if they?re trying to push for the DPS trifecta on a Legendary amulet or ring.

So ?you want to know how to farm gold on Diablo 3 RoS? Here are some tips and tricks:

1. Bounties give the highest gold rewards. Go on a Torment setting that doesn?t get you killed and gives you the fastest kill ratio. Go through the bounties and you?ll have 2 million gold in no time.

2. Raise your gold find and walking speed with Paragon Points. Just like farming any other Legendary items on Diablo 3 RoS, you need to make the most of your time. Walking faster gets you to the mobs or your goal faster.

3. Don?t kill all the monsters you see. Choose your mobs and finish only the bounties if you can. Demon Hunters and Wizards can do this easily since they can teleport or vault away from mobs.

4. Play in an efficient party. When you play in a party, you can all split up to finish the bounties in the least amount of time and get the gold and cache rewards in the end, in shorter time.

5. Wear the Goldskin and Goldwrap if you have them. Goldskin and Goldwrap let you proc gold with each hit so this can include destroying urns and jars aside from hitting monsters You also get twice as much gold as you do from monsters.

Before Patch 2.1 goes live on the main servers, these are the best tips on how to farm gold in Diablo 3 RoS. If you have any other tips, drop them in the comments! Happy hunting, fellow Nephalem.
