Hearthstone: Curse of Naxxramas Bug Blocks Players Out Plague Quarter

By on

Hearthstone: Curse of Naxxramas has been experiencing some difficulties after a bug has been pissing out players out of the Plague Quarter.

Reports stated that lots of players have been complaining that all of their purchases from the Plague Quarter are still not transferred to their account. Some player comments stated that it might be an attack from a hacker, others would just say it is some kind of a technical glitch.

While other players managed to get their hands on the items that they have purchased, another bug would occur. This time, the bug would not let them access the game. These bugs got the attention of Blizzard and they started an investigation.

For those players that are still experiencing the said bug, there is a good news for you. According to a technical support update, if you failed a transaction, it will be refunded. In-game gold will be returned in 10 minutes if your transaction fails. But you have to log out and log in again for the change to take effect. However, for those gamers who paid real money, you will be refunded after 72 hours, depending on your bank?s policy. It is a real bummer but they apologized for the inconvenience caused.

However, the real problem that Blizzard?s technical support is currently experiencing are the successful transactions,?since players cannot gain access to the game. The only thing that you need to do now is to wait and let Blizzard handle things.

For those who want to purchase items during this time, the shop is closed. ?Do not get into the mess that they are trying to fix right now. Just stay out of it.

Meanwhile, recent player comments stated that they have not been receiving anything from the promises made by Blizzard?s technical support. Some players have been??actually waiting for over 10 hours ?(and counting) to get their refund. The problem is still ongoing as we speak.
