He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” fans, looks like we could be seeing a hunky bodybuilder on the big screen ? in the live action He-Man movie!

He is none other than Mile O?Hearn. ?If you don’t recognize the name, you may remember his American Gladiators alter-ego ? Titan!

He has won the Fitness Model of the Year award seven times and is quite the eye candy on Instagram.

According to perezhilton.com, O’Hearn started teasing on social media that he was getting in shape for the role. He captioned his shirtless pictures with hashtags like #HeMan and #HemanTheMovie!

The movie is written by Christopher Yost. He is the script writer for both Thor movies. Earlier, he had been working hard on quite a few scripts for Marvel Studios before landing the script on the first Thor movie. Marvel Studios were highly impressed with his work and hired him to help complete the script for “Thor: The Dark World,” according to Variety.

AV Club stated that the movie will be made through a joint venture between Sony Pictures and Escape Artists. Escape Artists is the studio which brought big screen hits such as “A Knights Tale,” “The Weather Man” and the “Pursuit of Happiness.” Escape Artists production office is on the Sony Studio lot, so it shouldn’t be too difficult for the two companies to communicate with each other.

One of the most popular cartoon shows of 1980s, “He-Man and The Masters of the Universe,? was mostly known for its very popular lighthearted tone and toy line. It quickly gained a loyal fan base until now over 20 years later. The show follows the adventures of Prince Adam, who is just another normal person until he raises his magical sword and says the words: “By the power of Greyskull, I have the power!” After which, he turns into He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. He uses his powers to fight the forces of the evil Skeletor, according to latinospost.com

A live action movie was made based on the original cartoon series that starred Dolph Lundgren which did not do well in the box office but managed to gain a cult following over the years. In the early 2000’s, a cartoon series reboot was done which was received well and took on a more serious tone with a Japanese anime style animation.
