Hannah Montana is all set to return for a month-long marathon. And fans do not have to wait long as Hannah Montana?s comeback is happening this December. Now the holiday season is complete.

The news comes from Disney Channel and fans could not hide their excitement. Miley Cyrus will be seen in her conservative image again. Mark your calendar now from December 3 to December 29. ?

The Hannah Montana marathon is expected to feature nostalgia-inducing tunes. Of course, fans can look forward to comedy and middle school romance. Are you ready to bond with Cyrus, Emily Osment and the rest of the gang once more?

Hannah Montana ran from 2006 to 2011. Most fans would agree that it was Cyrus? biggest break in her career where she played the role of Miley Stewart.?Stewart lived a double life as Hannah Montana. The series obtained good ratings. The show?s premiere set a viewership record for Disney Channel.

Perhaps one of the best scenes from Hannah Montana was when the lead character revealed her true identity. She ditched her signature blond wig while onstage. Several fans might still remember this scene until today.

In 2007, Hannah Montana scored 10.7 million total viewers. That was when the Jonas Brothers appeared as guest stars. The hot boyband starred on the show as themselves. Even more cameos from Jesse McCartney, Selena Gomez, Dolly Parton and Sheryl Crow were also enjoyed by fans.

Hollywood Life noted that the success of Hannah Montana led to the Best of Both Worlds Tour. Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert film, and Hannah Montana: The Movie feature film were also produced.

Hannah Montana ran for a total of 98 episodes. Given the number of episodes that the show had, it is speculated that the December marathon will air four episodes or more per night. Disney Channel has yet to announce the specific air time for the highly anticipated marathon.
