Grey’s Anatomy Season 13?looks promising, at least in the case of Alex (Justin Chambers) who will open the season with a big bang. When the previous season of Grey?s Anatomy ended, Alex was seen beating DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) because of his jealousy. Who wouldn?t if you saw your girlfriend being tucked into bed by a different guy?
This season opens with the case of Alex and DeLuca. The episode keeps the viewers in their seats as it remains ambiguous as to whether Alex killed or beat DeLuca to such an extent. In the latest Grey’s Anatomy Season 13?trailer, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Alex are seen confronting each other.
Meredith apparently wants Alex to talk to the police, while the latter urges Meredith to do the scans first and immediately. Obviously rattled and stressed out, Alex tries to hide his already swollen fist from Ben (Jason George) who offered him help. He even lied, saying he slipped and he hurt his fist.
Debbie Allen, a recurring guest star in Grey?s Anatomy Season 12, said she directed the last episode and had some few revelations to say. ?I directed that last episode last year. He was in trouble. I can just let you know that we pick up where we left off, so it’s going to be a hot opening. That opening episode, which starts next Thursday night, it’s something that’ll knock your socks off, take your breath away, and make you want to keep watching.”
Meanwhile, Grey?s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes had some interesting revelations about Grey’s Anatomy Season 13. The absence of Callie (Sara Ramirez) apparently puts a hole in the entire series. Despite this, Rhimes assured fans that the episodes without her will be fit and interesting. In her latest interview, she said ??It?s not this sense of loss. In our world, Callie still exists.?
?Meredith will always be the nucleus because she?s the voice, but to have the four originals still is pretty amazing? she added.
