The contestant of America’s Got Talent 2016 awes judges with her latest performance causing Cowell to lead a standing ovation while the rest come up with Vander-Wow praises. VanderWaal could be the biggest star to ever come out of the hit reality show. Her audition videos have already earned more than 100 million YouTube views. It?s safe to say that VanderWaal is currently the favorite of judges and viewers alike. Her chances of being proclaimed as America’s Got Talent 2016 winner could only get bigger.
VanderWaal nailed it in her latest performance on Tuesday night, August 23. The promising contestant from Suffern, New York didn?t fail to melt the hearts of judges and viewers alike with an original ukulele ballad entitled “Beautiful Thing.” It was a song she wrote for her older sister, Olivia.
Hard-to-please judge Cowell commented that though VanderWaal hit some bum notes, her overall performance is perfect. According to him, there is something so sweet and special about the young talented girl. Cowell even made a prediction that everyone who saw VanderWaal sing live for the first time will remember such moment in the years to come. That?s how just remarkable her performance was.
Howie Mandel also had nothing but praises for VanderWaal. Mandel recognized the young talent to be the best thing he had ever seen on America’s Got Talent. The judge said VanderWaal has the potential to be even bigger than Swift.
Heidi Klum, on the other hand, said she is one in a million.
