Google is expected to launch new Pixel devices on October 4. The latest leak of Google Pixel suggests that the company could launch new devices without the home button.
Last week, it was reported that Google Pixel devices will offer limited water and dust resistance with IP53 certification. Now, reports claim that the device will not feature the home button. The device is expected to use screen for navigation keys similar to Microsoft?s smartphones. The new Pixel launcher will bring this feature to upcoming Pixel devices.
As reported earlier, the devices will carry fingerprint reader on the back. Now it makes sense, why Google is doing so in its upcoming flagship. Ditching the home button means more screen-to-body ratio. According to renown leakster, Evan Blass, this could be the official render of Google Pixel.
He has shared the image of Alleged Google Pixel on his Twitter account. Although Blass has brilliant track record, nothing is confirmed until the company releases official statement regarding upcoming smartphone lineup.
