Google Nexus 2016 is expected to be unveiled before the end of the year. The latest report has claimed that ?the upcoming Nexus device will pack ?Android Nutella 7.0, the latest version of ?Android.

According to International Business Times, Hiroshi Lockheimer, the person in charge of the Android team, has posted an image on Twitter. The image shows him searching for ?Nutella? on Google. Google has already released Android N Developer Preview 4. It is also reported that Android Nutella 7.0 will be ready by August. Thus, there is a big possibility of Google launching Google Nexus 2016 in August.

According to Australian Network News, Google CEO Sundar Pichai has confirmed that Google is preferring third party hardware manufacturers for making the hardware of next Nexus smartphones. Huawei’s Consumer Business Group general manager Charlene Munilall has admitted that they will be making another Nexus device in this year.

Ecumenical News has speculated that both HTC and Huawei will be joining hands to make hardware for Nexus phone.
