The Google Nexus 2016 release is likely to happen soon as the The LG Nexus 5X Black 32GB is now available for $274 on Amazon.

Nexus 5X was launched in 2015 and had the price tag of $319. The LG Nexus 5X Black has a 5.2-inch display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution, 12.3MP main camera, f/2.0, laser autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 2700mAh battery and USB Type-C for fast charging. The LG Nexus 5X runs Android Marshmallow. The buyers can place the order now and the phone will be in stock on August 5, 2016.

The Huawei Nexus 6P 64GB silver and graphite variants have also received the price cut. Now these phones cost only $449. These phones have packed a metal design, 2GHz Snapdragon 810 V2.1 processor and the newest Android software, the Android 6.0 marshmallow.

According to BGR, Google is likely to replace the app drawer with a brand new drawer. Google will eliminate the search bar from the home screen. ??Google Search and Google Now will be replaced by ?a Google button on the left side of the screen. This button will have a ?G? logo. The user can hide the Google app if they want.

Google Nexus will have two variants – ?Marlin? and ?Sailfish.? The Google Nexus Marlin will ?feature a 5.5-inch 2K AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 128GB internal storage, 4GB of RAM, 12-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera, rear fingerprint sensor and 3,450mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the Google Nexus Sailfish, on the other hand, will pack a 5-inch 1080p display, 64bit 2.0GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM, 32GB internal memory, a 12MP primary camera and an 8MP rear camera, and 2,770mAh battery.
