Google Nexus 2016 is going to have 3D Touch feature. HTC and Google?s joint adventure Google Nexus 2016 will sport 3D Touch feature, which was seen on Apple?s iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
According to Ecumenical News, the rumored 3D Touch will be powered by Google?s operating system called Android N. It will be the successor to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Tech 2 says, 3D Touch will help the buyer to operate their phone in a friendly way. ?In the long run, the force-sensitive technology also promises new or better applications, from more lifelike games and virtual reality to adding temperature, texture and sound to our screens as well,? Tech 2 reported. Other popular smartphone brands like Xiaomi, Meizu, Oppo and Vivo are also planning to add 3D touch. Gionee has already launched its Elife S8 phone with 3D Touch. So, the competition is tough for Google and HTC.
International Business Times says HTC will bring out two Nexus phones. These phones are alternatives to LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P. Google Nexus 2016 will have small display compared to its siblings. It’s also reported that upcoming Nexus 2016 phones will support Nexus VR. The phone will sport metal Unibody Design and improved camera features with OIS onboard. It will be packing wireless charging feature.
Google and HTC?s partnership has created a lot of hopes. This is not the first time HTC working with Google. Earlier HTC launched Nexus 9, a 9-inch tablet in partnership with Google in 2014. We can also remember HTC and Google?s joint adventure Nexus One which arrived in January 2010.
Google?s next flagship phone is likely to be an upper mid-range smartphone. Vine Report says, Google Nexus 2016 will take few elements from iPhone 7 in terms of designing. The device will have microSD card slot.
