Players of Ghost Recon Wildlands should be aware that there’s a new update for the game now available. The update adds a few new features and tweaks long-running issues in the game, so it’s important to get it immediately. Here are some of the most important changes in Ghost Recon Wildlands update 1.04.

New Features

Ghost Recon Wildlands update 1.04 will add a feature that’s long been requested by players. With the update downloaded, players can finally turn off the radio. This is a pretty good feature for those who can’t concentrate before because of the Ghost Recon Wildlands in-game radio.

Another neat feature being added to the game is the ability to choose what vehicle will drop if players use the “Drop Vehicle” Rebel skill. Thanks to this neat addition, there will be a whole new layer of tactics and strategy to the game as players can finally summon a weapon that would best suit the situation.

For those who love to immerse in realistic settings, Ubisoft has “implemented the option to choose which type intel you want to collect when interacting with files or NPCs. This way the gameplay flow won’t be interrupted and you will be able to discover new missions, skills, and weapons seamlessly, even with all the visual tips turned off.”

Missions/Narration Fixes

Ghost Recon Wildlands update 1.04 fixes an XP farming exploit in the Rebellion Rising mission  so players should forget about grinding here. A lot of other missions including Gold Rush, El Cerebro and others will be on the receiving end of other changes.

User Interface

Ubisoft has also implemented various fixes and tweaks for trophy and weapon packs unlocking. Some of the fixes include a bug that allows a character to hide behind menus during certain situations. As for additions, a HUD will now update players when XP boosters are activated.

Players in the same gaming session often face replication problems. Lucky for us, this update sorts out replicating issues for a slew of instances in the game’s multiplayer mode.

As for connectivity, players who are getting disconnected from servers in various instances will have nothing to worry about in the update as it will look to fix all disconnection issues players are experiencing.

There are a ton of other fixes and tweaks in the latest update for Ghost Recon Wildlands. Players should check out the game’s official website for the full notes.
