Gears of War 4 DLC: More Content For Season Pass Owners, Says The Coalition

The Coalition might announce the Gears of War 4 DLC pack soon for season pass owners. The studio?s Rod Fergusson revealed that he is waiting for a signal from marketing to reveal some more information. He was asked whether the Gears of War season pass will bring some more content, and Fergusson replied that they ?may have some news,? but the studio is waiting for the right time.

This October, The Coalition will release Gears of War 4, and the studio has already started accepting pre-orders for the game. Fans have been speculating on the content the game will bring throughout the year and beyond. Season Pass holders are curious to know whether the studio has something more to reveal.

In a Twitter conversation with a fan, Ferguson confirmed that the studio has already planned some content which is still under wraps. According to the studio head, the marketing team has not allowed the developer to reveal anything at this moment.

Those who purchase the Season Pass will get the VIP Vintage Pack that contains character and weapon skins, JD emblem and JD bounty for more XP. The season pass will also provide over 24 Gears of War 4 DLC maps, and pass owners will have permanent access to them. The Season Pass also enables players to get their hands on the developer playlist. It means that Season Pass holders will be allowed to play upcoming maps and modes before its public launch.

Additionally, the Season Pass also includes a six-gear packs that helps players unlock weapon and character skins as well as raise their ability and skillset.

Fans on Twitter have already started speculating on the upcoming content for the Gears of War 4 DLC. Some of them demand new game modes, weapons and more content for extra gameplay hours. Gears of War 4 is set for release this year. The game will hit Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on October 11 as a Play Anywhere title.
