GamesCom 2016 Schedule, Major Game Titles From 2K Games, Bandai, Ubisoft, Etc.

While the dust of gaming titles revealed at E3 has barely settled, the eyes of hardcore gamers are now peeled towards the upcoming Gamescom 2016 event where even more games as well as updates about new franchises are expected.

The annual event returns to be held in Cologne, Germany, from 17 August to 21 August. The first day is for trade and media only, which will be held on Wednesday 17 August this year. The show then opens to the public too on Thursday 18 August and runs until Sunday 21 August.

Several of the major gaming studios will be attending the event with some of the Triple A titles to be revealed including: Battlefield 1, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Final Fantasy XV, FIFA 17, Tinfall 2 and WWE 2K17 among others. There are also rumors of several new titles to be revealed including Red Dead Redemption 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3.

2K Games

The publishing division of Take-Two Interactive, 2K Games is known for notable titles like WWE and NBA games. This year for the Gamescom 2016, 2K Games brings to the event wrestling veteran Bill Goldberg and the Atlanta Hawks’ point guard Dennis Schr?der.

Two-time wrestling world champion Bill Goldberg will be present to support ?WWE 2K17? while German-born Dennis Schr?der is to help promote basketball game ?NBA 2K17.? Below are the all games from the publishers:

Bandai Namco

Bandai Namco has announced its lineup of available games for gamescom 2016. The publisher is bringing Tekken 7 and Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 to the show and has announced plans to launch a brand new IP at the show.

“A new IP published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe for a western audience will be revealed at Gamescom 2016,” came the official release from the publisher.

Crytek

German developer Crytek is invested heavily in VR and at Gamescom next week two of their upcoming projects Robinson: The Journey (for PSVR) and The Climb (for Oculus Rift w/ Oculus Touch) will be playable in the public portion of the expo. You will find the playable demos at booth B51 of the expo’s Family & Friends (Hall 10). Crytek will bring a total of 32 VR stations to Cologne for the expo.

Ubisoft

French video studio behind the famous Assassin?s Creed game is bringing several new titles alongside Also behind-the-scenes footage from the upcoming Michael Fassbender starring Assassin?s Creed movie will be shown on Thursday, August 18, at 1:30om.
