Game of Thrones Season 7 has begun shooting at Belfast, Northern Ireland. What?s raising eyebrows is that some old actors are being seen around recently.
This has made many people to believe that Jon Snow may not be the only one to come back from the dead. Or rather, odds are Season 7 may have some cameos bringing back some old fan favorite characters.
A number of Game of Thrones stars have been seen in Belfast. Niolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, and Maisie Williams are some of the ones spotted.
But some unexpected actors have also been spotted lately, raising the hype for fans once again. Many speculate them to reemerge onto Game of Thrones Season 7.
For one, Iain Glen has been spotted in Belfast as well. Fans around the world will be happy to know that Jorah Mormont will be back for season 7.
But more than that, people are now wondering his fate for the upcoming season. Maybe he?s found a cure to his Greyscale? Maybe he may start playing a more pivotal role for Daenerys once more.
Gendry, played by Joe Dempsie, was reported by Watchers on the Wall to be wandering around Belfast airport. Not only that, he appears to be hiding himself in several layers of cloth.
Gendry was last seen in Season three when he was saved by Ser Davos from a imminent fiery death from Melisandre. We saw him paddling off to safety and haven?t gotten a glimpse of him since.
With Joe Dempsie?s appearance in Belfast, many strongly believe in his imminent reappearance in Season 7. More importantly, what will he bring to the plot when he returns to the show? Will he meet Arya again?
The writers might even find a way to include him in the race for the iron throne. He is Robert Baratheon?s bastard son. He may actually have a legitimate claim to the Iron Throne.
Although Gendry?s return is already being accepted as fact, his role in season 7 is still shrouded in mystery. But as new updates come in everyday, it?ll be a matter of time before we learn of more new spoilers. Stay tuned in with us to stay updated with Game of Thrones Season 7 news!
