The first four episodes of Game of Thrones Season 5 is way ahead of schedule!

Hacking a network company and leaking confidential information about them online for the world to see is now more common than ever. Take Sony?s experience as an example, they got hacked as a protest for the movie The Interview and the alleged group of hackers was called Guardians of Peace. However, recently, the popular HBO show Game of Thrones just had its fair share of this incident?though they did not get hacked but the first four episodes of GoT Season 5 were leaked online.

Recently, HBO?s Game of Thrones Season 5 had an episode leak and as the news suggests from rollingstone, it appears like the company was not a victim of hacking. Instead, the leaked episodes actually came from one of the approved reviewers of the show according to that report.

?Sadly, it seems the leaked four episodes of the upcoming season of Game of Thrones originated from within a group approved by HBO to receive them. We’re actively assessing how this breach occurred,” said by the network on their statement [via rollingstone].

That may be exciting to some people but sadly, the leaked videos are still on SD?or also known as the Standard Definition quality, as stated on Torrentfreak.com. However, one commenter said in a?post that the copies are now in HD format, pretty much like what you can view on HBO. According to?that source, while the other fans are now enjoying the pirated version of the show, some are still sticking to the tradition of viewing the series on a weekly basis.

The Sydney Morning Herald did also mention that?Game of Thrones is now the most pirated show in the world. On the show?s previous Season, in just 12 hours after its season finale screening, there are almost over 1.5 Million users that have downloaded the full series.

Fans who are really devoted to Game of Thrones would rather watch this show regularly or rather, wait for the whole season to finish before downloading or buying the complete set and watch it in one sitting.
