The 71st Golden Globes had quite a start. Hours before the show began, an accident involving a busted sprinkler that caused some flooding in the red carpet.

Fortunately the crew was able too fix the problem in time for the star-studded red carpet.

Comedians Amy Poehler and Tina Fey hosted the show again, which was a great decision because the duo was hilarious. In their monologue, they poked fun at celebrities like Martin Scorsese, George Clooney and even Jennifer Lawrence. Here’s a clip:

Winners are picked by the Hollywood Foreign Press. The Golden Globes is just second of a string of award shows we can expect this year. The Academy Awards (Oscars) is coming in March and the announcement of nominees are expected in the next few weeks.
